Very frustrating, updated system, locked out of account, tried over 20 times to call today and line remains busy, I just want to pay bills, hopefully I will connect with someone today, yesterday I was on the phone for over an hour with no luck.
This branch is still the only branch to deal with! They are courteous, fantastic and a pleasure to talk to when needing help and they do their best to help you with all your banking issues!!! They’re great❤️
The person at this branch I only deal with who is wonderful is MS Jenny Boward.
The rest of the people seem good. I just don’t know them. This is the only branch I will deal with. The others are rude and unhelpful and she is the only reason I kept my account.
