I have nothing bad to say about them…..They worked with me and came up with a payment plan, and I can’t thank them enough…..Wow….Thank you…I’ll make sure and stick to my end of the bargain that’s for sure! The Least I can do….Much appreciated though
Very helpful with billing and establishing payment plan for me and putting my account on 30 day hold while I dealt with insurance (I personally was able to talk to a person on my first call within minutes). It wasn’t cheap. $2800 total, $700 from me after insurance, I expected it to be expensive but dang.
I don’t know about anybody else but when I am trying to get things taken care of. Nobody in the office is there to help. My insurance company paid my bills (I had a lot) they paid 100% & Northglenn sent me to collections I have proof now nobody wants to answer the phone or call me back to resolve this issue.
Personal manning the ambulance under trained and did not know the city.
I am giving them another chance tomorrow to make things right. Otherwise I’ll put back what I had up here.

This provider is trying to balance bill for Ambulance services against Colorado State Law.
