Unfortunately, your options are limited when it comes to water services. Just be careful when it comes time to move and you want to cancel your services they provide information that is false.
They seriously need to step their game up. We were getting charged for our old address for over 3 months. They were threatening to shut off our water if we didn’t pay the bill at our OLD address. Not to mention today all the water is out in our subdivision.
Excellent and friendly customer service…. Thank you for adjusting my water bill for my waterheater leak. Not to mention Putnam has the best water in the country…
People at the center are nice but updated technology is so needed. I have never dealt with such outdated technology and their website!! Value your customers and make it easier to pay their bills and sign up for services. Faxing should not be one of your main ways to turn in paperwork!
Relocated from NC to Hurricane, WV. We live 1 minute from the office. And Friday at 10am we go to have the water turned on. Well come to find out they don’t do same day work orders and Monday’s a holiday. So that’s four days without …

Generally great service. Great water quality. The fact that they can’t notify users via a post on FB or Twitter about some sort of outtage, when their after hours phone is off the hook, is rather disappointing.
Worst water company in WV.
They charge way to much and have trumped up fees there changing us for living in an subdivision but we don’t.
