Unprofessional staff. Very disappointed on how they treated my Mom. Not a clean environment. Administration was uncooperative and cold.
Worked very well with me, and everything got done in a timely manner. Love these people.
The nurse and doctor comer (they’re the reason for the 2 stars)are great but the billing department is a joke, calling to get my kid in the same day with the doctor he know is not possible and the walk in doctors don’t have a relationship with him. Not impressed

They saved my life. I went into the ER 11:00 at night for a bad bladder infection( I thought) they found I had a aneurysm in my aorta and I was bleeding bad they flew me to Billings. I ask God every day to bless the EMS and Dr on call
For one I had a great experience with my baby doctor. Delivered my son amd staff was great. Bad part was going to the ER doctor billing he was very rude, sarcastic and he made itit obvious he did not believe anything I had told him. Was obvious he did not want to be there or really help at all. Really sucked..

We’ve never had a bad experience at Powell Valley. I’ve been to the ER for stupid reasons, anxious mom here, and have always been treated kindly. Recently had my gallbladder removed and had as good of an experience as one could have getting an organ removed. I have no complaints about any of the visits I’ve had here.

I have always received great care from the doctors and nurses and PVHC. Dr. Comer is a stand out among her peers, love her, love her, love her! I’ve always had wonderful nurses, especially those who cared for my son and I after I gave birth.
