My trash has not been picked up in a month. Bill has been paid. Called last week on Wednesday(pick up day is Thursday for me) and still sitting there.
We’ve used them for 14 years here and highly recommend them. At various times I’ve had odd things to throw away (carpet, furniture, etc) and they always accommodate us.
Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism. I rarely find my cans where I leave them and wonder throughout the day pick-up is supposed to happen whether or not it will actually happen. I would highly recommend shopping around and choose Quality Disposal as a last resort!
