Scammed!!! Canceled renter’s insurance provided by RLI Insurance (Protection Choice) a year ago for student housing apartment I rented for my daughter; only to receive another bill this year. What?! When I contacted them they stated my request wasn’t “fully” processed, so they billed me anyway for the year! They owe me $120!!!

I have had landlord insurance through the local GEICO affiliate for over a year, no claims yet so I don’t know how they perform there. Also offers Hawaii homeowners insurance.
