The maternity floor is incredible, all the nurses took care of every need without hesitation.
Tried kicking me out bc I looked suspicious going into the bathroom twice, had a very sad day….as I’m already sick and I deal with racism, guess my color wasn’t welcome smh
Good evening,
My name is Williamina Arduini. My son and I visited the ER in Oswego -NY late …
Was not helpful.
Great staff.
A very efficient hospital
Excellent service
Avoid if you can
Clean and presentable
Awful.
I love it
Bye gallbladder, hello. New. Diet,New year. New. Me. …..
I love the staff and this hospital!
not worth the time to go here wait for hours just so they can say they can’t help you
The staff is highly unprofessional.
Great Hosptial – had a good experience. Administration and staff were great.
Good luck actually getting seen. You could be dying and still wouldn’t be seen. Definitely understaffed.
Someone can be shot and bleeding in the ER without any assistance. Hands down, worst hospital ever!
Could be worse. My experience was okay. Could have been better. Long wait times.
Girlfriend goes in having trouble breathing and was told she had a torn muscle on her side so if you want a hospital to go to it auburn hospital with Dr. Cobb… Whom found it was pneumonia…
Have to say today when I went in I was in pain and scared, everyone I seen was so nice and helpful.
Always has been the very worst hospital, and nothing has changed! Wouldn’t go there for a hangnail. They would probably cut off my foot by accident!
You sit and wait dosen’t matter how long it takes they make everyone wait there so slow and they really don’t know what they are doing here what a joke of a hospital
Oswego hospital is a effing joke urgent care Doctor diagnosed wife with kidney infection and refered her to hospital for IV antibiotics we get to the hospital and doctor on call says we are not urgent care we are the emergency room big …
Im on my 2nd week here, have had to stay here temporarily until I get moved to a nursing home…I stayed on the 3rd floor and the dtaff here have been more the gracious and very helpful…unlike the emergency/triage dept.was a very long, cold wait and some unpleasant staff members.
Kid went there as she was a week post op from fusion surgery at upstate… She was running a 102.5 fever after middle of the night call to on call Dr she suggested to go to nearest ER do too possible infection…the ER Dr was so rude he was …
Long wait 3-6 hours. I would be dead from pain before being seen by a doctor. Just go to the one in Syracuse and save your time.
A great place to have “small things” taken care of..
But you will definitely want to go to Syracuse NY. Like St.Joe”s Hospital for proper response and care. At a much faster pace.
My girlfriend and i have been sitting in the waiting room for almost five hours now for an EMERGENCY. This is unacceptable for a hospital and especially for an ER. Just go to urgent care if you can people. Spare yourself some time.
I had a wonderful experience in the hospital. Everyone I came in contact with in the maternity ward from the housekeeper, cafeteria staff, nurses doctors and support staff was very warm and caring.
If you come to the ER you can expect to wait. 5 to 6 hours minimum. Most likely they won’t fix you. Better off staying home and caring for your own self
Had my first surgery ever at 71 years old I was a little nervous but the staff treated me with care and respect very professional just their attitude made me feel every thing would be fine the operation went as they said it would and in …
No bedside manners, and I’ve always left feeling worse then when I arrive, rude staff, and my iv had to be moved more than once bc she couldn’t find my veins, they are never able to identify what’s wrong with me, and when they can id it, I’m not given any tratment.
Have to wait to be seen, waiting in the waiting room well over 5 hours!
I was on the Maternity ward for a female surgery. Every single person was exceptional ! Very, Very Clean as well. …
This excuse for a hospital has a doctor of osteopath, Dr. Neely working in the ER, who is clueless about medicine. Tells patients they are anxious, while ignoring the symptoms that brought them there, refuses to take a medical history, …
Sergey on my bladder. Dr. Olin was awesome and I haven’t had any problems since. Everyone was awesome. It was a very pleasant experience!
Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital Staff is very uneducated, all they care about it how they are getting paid. Spent 6 hrs with no diagnosis and so far 4200.00 in bills. I will die traveling to another hospital before returning
The staff here is disgracefully bad at there jobs every time my pregnant girlfriend has something wrong and needs to speak with someone for a question these morons hang up with out even saying hello after going through there automated system. Hire people that have brain cells please.
I’ve had some poor experiences with some of the providers in the er who made feel like my opinion in my childs care were irrelevent. Its also disgusting how you treat long term dedicated and exceptional healthcare workers. You really should ashamed of that.
Understaffed severely, poor treatment of patients, the only polite staff was the security guard. Take your chances with tetanus
Took my wife to Urgent care no one there to to x-rays so had to come to Oswego not happy poor customer service like they don’t care about the comminty at all Then we get to the Hospital and the lady behide the window very rude What the heck …
Horrible experiences my entire life going here.
Horrible, lied to by everyone there on everything. I’m gonna get a 2nd opinion on my gall bladder needing surgery. The ER doctor seemed to know or care less about the issue than I did. …
I and my family included have been to this ER several times and have always have had the utmost courtesy and care here. Sometimes people have to realize that when there is a wait.. Maybe there are other cases that have come in by ambulance …

I had an ultrasound done here and they told me nothing was wrong, a week later I went to another hospital for another doctor and they showed me everything in an ultrasound that Oswego “missed” and now I am set for surgery at the other …
Be careful, they have nurses that if they don’t like why or how you are sick, they will not treat you with the same effectiveness and if it was up to them, they will just let you die. At least that what they post to social media.
My daughter goes to college in Oswego. I have a background in healthcare. She had sudden severe knee pain after doing a stretch. Sounded like a subluxed patella to me. Her boyfriend had to carry her to the car because she couldn’t walk. …
My husband was brought into the ED by ambulance. The Staff that worked on him and met me was incredible. Compassionate, proffesional, and focused. Not only was I impressed with their bearing and attentiveness, they took the time to see to my needs and concerns.

Wouldn’t even give this one star. Went to the hospital with difficulty breathing, severe chest pain and burning, and I’m pregnant it took 3 hours of me waiting and I absolutely couldn’t wait any longer so I left. I’m definitely not coming back. If anything I feel worse from being there. Just go to the Syracuse hospital if you can.

This is just a really horrible place. I wouldn’t recommend ever going here. It will take 3-4 hours just to be seen. They probably won’t help you either. Just run a bunch of “tests” and send you on your way. And probably take way too much …
Spent a week there and received EXCELLENT care and attention. Thank You to the Drs, Nurses and Staff.
If I could rate lower than a one I would! Took husband to E.R. last eve. & we were ignored, disrespected & got into a confrontation by RN there!! Most unprofessional staff I have ever seen!!! After 3 1/2 hours not even in a room later we …

I brought my son to your hospital ER a few weeks ago for leg pain and swollen lymph nodes. Your doctor ran a basic blood test and assured me “it’s not cancer” and sent us home. Golisano’s just diagnosed him with stage 4 neuroblastoma. I will never ever use your ER again.
Very unorganized, The only staff worth speaking with are the lady’s up front in intake. the E.R staff were very rude 01/05 the E.R apparently forgets that rooms are right beside the desks where every one chats. Listened to them talk down on …

Do not go to this hospital unless you are actively dying and if you can hold on for 45 minutes go to Syracuse for care. Worst hospital experience ever.
If you go to the emergency room they won’t tell you about receiving two bills. Just one. The second bill will be for Port City Emergency Physicians. They will send you a totally separate bill with a letter head on the envelope that is …

Waited in the emergency room for 5 hours and was not able to see anyone… the staff at the desk was rude and not friendly at all and the service is horrible. There was other people that had been waiting eight hours in the waiting room and still was not seen by a doctor or anyone. I would not recommend this hospital to noone
I’ve sat in the ER for five hours with pain that we were told to monitor for sepsis. And every single other person has gone in front of us!! Whoever does the triage doesn’t know how to do their job. Resting HR of 110 and they give Tylenol! Bee stings went ahead of me! Never ever recommend!!
This is the first review I have ever written, because I actually feel compelled to in a hope that no other parent has to watch their kid suffer like my wife and I have had to these last 2 days. This place is such a joke, my teenage son …
Been sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours with my daughter who is in severe pain but can compose herself and not act like she is dying she could possibly be bleeding internally. People come in with headaches have been seen before her the crazy’s get seen before her what is there deal? If I could give them less than one star I would.
This morning, I participated in OH’s Health Fair, by having blood work done. While short staffed, I didn’t have to wait too long, as this was a fasting blood test. The phlebotomist, Zunilda, did the needle stick so efficiently that I hardly …
Got here around 7pm then was admitted overnight but they did a great job taking care of me and making sure I was alright. I was nervous to come just because I have never been here before but I’m happy I did. Haven’t been treated this well at a hospital before so I’m very thankful for their team!
A mother’s job is to protect her children and do whatever it takes to keep them safe. We go to extreme lengths to provide the absolute best for them, never cutting corners or doubting our next course of action. In their eyes, we have to …
Cut my finger and needed 3 stitches. They were super quick and very friendly, entire process took about 75 minutes from check-in to check-out. We are lucky to have such a great local hospital.

Worse hospital in Oswego County. Been going to Oswego for quite some time now. Every experience I’ve had there is waiting in the ER for at least 2 hours, one time I had waited for 4. Then it usually takes 2 or more hours waiting in the …
