Southwest Ouachita water staff really went out of there way for me this morning and fixed an issue that they were not responsible for and at 7:00 in the morning! Absolutely went over and beyond! Have nothing but great things to say!
They are extremely rude. Charge for things not even done or didn’t fix at all. Ex.. if bill gets a name change they charge the deposit (which is stupid high) then want a connection fee.. ( for what? It’s already connected) I mean really, …

Friendly and not bad on the eyes in the pay center. I appreciate the actual phone call from a human when service is out instead of a machine
Never had any issues, they call and email if any work is to take place and if a boil advisory is in effect. Good water and pressure.
