Customer service over the phone is TERRIBLE. Idk who you guys have working the “On Call” phone, but please move her elsewhere. She’s obviously miserable. Maybe let her do some paperwork in the back because she does not need to work with the public.
I have no issues with the surgery. All my issues have been with the office staff. They have lost my disability papers and have been a headache trying to get my medical records.
