Called due to an cut on my eye that I needed checked. All the other places I called did not have any openings until the following week or three weeks in some cases. This place managed to squeeze me in and were very accommodating. Pleasant and respectful staff as well.
Dr. Van Norman is the epitome of professionalism . His knowledge of procedure as well client needs is parallel to none. Would recommend to anyone needing eye care.
Bad experience, will NOT go back. I brought my elderly mother to see Dr. Carol Clemons MD. Dr. Clemons has a ZERO “bedside manner” and was thoughtless and insulting in her words to my mother. Definitely not someone I want to give our hard earned money for when there are so many others to choose from.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL Front desk staff. Lindsey was very rude and disrespectful to the patients. I could hear her talking about everyone after they would walk away from the front desk. I’m not sure if her employers are aware of her behavior …
