Took my step son there for a drug test for the city, and the lady doing it was not very friendly. He was nervous and couldn’t go right away, and is on the spectrum. We both thought she came across rude, and I heard her complaining to other staff.

They need a zero. They managed to lose 1 vial of blood and an order on a Saturday. Have to fast all over again. Frustrated.
I HAAATE getting blood drawn but every time I come here, I have a great time. The staff is so nice and fun! It makes me not absolutely dread getting poked! Keep up the great work, everyone! 🙂
They take my spoodge, and they take my money, but then ghost me for days on end… do I at least get a call back, or even just an email.
Professionalism is hugely lacking when working with other businesses in the community. Sadly, they will be losing business due to this. Being respectful and kind takes minimal effort. Proper training is needed to properly address members of your community.
Love this place! Staff is super welcoming and kind. I only go to this location and have always enjoyed my experience. Well I wouldn’t say enjoy because who likes getting their blood drawn lol, but the staff has always been super kind to me! …
