Phone just rings and rings over and over every single time I call for about the last month. Lol it’s like people just sit there and look at the phone and choose to not answer it.

They used to be a nice friendly bank until they started hiring up tight, rude tellers. Definitely switching to a different bank that will actually realizes without US there wouldn’t be a YOU!

Been a member here for over 20 years. I suspect some of the negative reviews are fake. Online banking and billpay are no problem whatsoever. They also do let you pick your own PIN. The reviewer who said otherwise was not correct.
