I called about a savings account for my newborn granddaughter. I don’t mind terse language, I love Hemingway novels; but this bank obviously doesn’t want new business. Whomever answered my call couldn’t be bothered. It’s 30 minutes later and I still can’t find an option on the website to “apply” for then to tame my money.
I am have always been treated with respect and love never had any problem with them.
