Why is my account following me around town I really don’t want my where about told to the public also it shows me going to key bank I don’t go there at anytime
I have been a member at B.F.Goodrich for over 30 yrs. Never have I ever recieved and bad service. The ladies are very nice and professional. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you all for just being great.
Stood in a very long line on a Friday afternoon because there was only 1 teller. They take 10 business days to clear a large check. Unexceptable, below average, D+ rating in terms of banking to say the least!
As long as this bank been around you would think someone at the top of this establishment would come up with the idea of doing maintenance work on the app between midnight and 6am and not 5:30pm-7:45pm. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate.

I’ve been baking here for 15 years. I love that it’s a small credit union and everyone knows who you are when you walk in. Mavoreen has been helping my family with our banking needs since I was a young child, she’s always been so nice, helpful, and caring.

I love BFG Federal Credit Union. They are so in tune with my needs. Their service is top notch. Top management is accessible. Their loan rates are low or at least competitive and they bend over backwards to help you. I would like longer hours but hey, with mobile banking, I can accomplish pretty much anything I need.
Steve was extremely helpful in helping me with my auto loan. Very responsive and answered all my questions and above all made the whole process easy and comfortable!

I’ve held a checking and savings account for quite some time with BFG and have had minor to no complaints about either account so far I’m satisfied.
