I recently moved into my parents house to which they were still paying the bills on. Sunburst received a forwarding address and never mailed a bill to that address nor tried contacting us. They just stopped service and took the garbage can without notice. When I contacted them, the lady was rude. Very poor costomer service.
Just stopped at the chase bank in champion, Ohio and as we were leaving through the back area one the sunburst trucks decided it went the wrong way, backed into chase banks drive area where we were and took off the correct way to the left. …
