Very kind and considerate very professional the manager went above and beyond to help me get everything situated for my property and get my water hooked up so I can get moved In didn’t have to do everything like that but did very thankful

This is the most crooked company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! They don’t do their job properly and guess who’s pays the price…..the customer!!! I want to move out of this town purely to get away from this company!!!

The lady I spoke with on the left was very rude. She could definitely learn a thing or two about how to speak with people. The lady in the back kept using the term “these people”. The staff here is very questionable and could probably utilize training in speaking with customers better.

Very greedy company! ALWAYS paid before due and December payment lost in USPS land so checks not received even to date, showed them check records, re-paid and they refuse to waive the massive late fee. Poor customer service for businesses!
