We move out of NC. And I need the medical records for my kids I have send the paperwork more than 8 weeks ago and still waiting, I call and I am leaving messages, call again, again, nothing yet,,,, still waiting!
The routine appointments are Just ok… Nothing special, but when I took my baby and it was something important, they received me right away with no appointment they only asked my baby’s name and started checking him. Those kind of responses are what really matter.
These doctors are so disappointing. I don’t feel they are MD. They are only capable of handling immunization shots and regular colds. Anything beyond that they will straight way rush you to emergency. In emergency I ended up paying $1500. For 5 ml benyedrl.
Pretty fond if this practice. We have been through a lot and their help and patience is appreciated. We have seen different physicians and nurses and have no complaints.
We’ve never had a bad experience at NW Peds. I love the nursing staff and the Doctors are thorough and caring. They really take the time to listen and cover all bases.
This is by far the absolute best office in the triad area. Each and every person treats us like family, and always has the kids best interest as their number one priority. I will be sad when my children can’t go to this practice anymore.
