An employee named Shelby is literally the rudest person ever. She rolled her eyes and refused to help another employee when they clearly needed help but the confused employee was literally the sweetest girl ever and was trying her best while Shelby was snippy and rolled her eyes the entire time like a high schooler.
Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome really glad we decided to make the switch to a credit union and leave the banks behind

When they can’t justify the way a transaction was handled , they talk over you and try to make you feel stupid. Sadly, after 12 years with them, I’ve had enough.
I just left there. I sat in the lobby for 35 minutes waiting to see about a loan. No body helped me. 4 other people got helped ahead of. The absolute bank experience I have ever seen.

THE WORST CREDIT UNION EVER I do BOT RECOMMEND AT ALL I wish I went to a bank . I had issue with my debit card and NO ONE TRIED TO HELP they told me I have to wait 1-2 business days to receive the help I actually needed when I been waiting for days I hate this credit union

Every time I have to visit this site in particular I have been treated so wonderfully. Have had the best experiences with the people there and have for as long as I’ve been a member. I’m grateful to be a part of such a great establishment such as this one.
I have been going to this bank for 7 years, and I love it. There’s 2 women that stick out to me- Kayla Bellow & another one I don’t know her name but every weekend I go through drive thru I tell her to have a great weekend & she’s so sweet!
Terrible service!!! The only reason I bank here is because of the kasasa checking which refunds me on my atm fees and I earn interest on my money. The people in the Ryan Street office are especially rude! Go to the one in Sulphur. They’re nice!

One star is to many for this bank. The employees completely ignored us the entire time we were there. No one was in the bank but us the employees were just talking to each other. They never asked how can we help you or do you need anything. We sat there a good 15 minutes before we left never once being acknowledged.
The worst freaking branch I’ve ever dealt with. No one takes responsibility for their mistakes. Anytime you call it’s always I’m not the one one handled your account. I’ve been waiting almost a month for my debit and checks and now they want to cancel the card and send a new one AGAIN…
SWLA Credit Union is the place to go for your savings, loan, and banking needs. Every time I go into this location I am greeted with a smile and a friendly face. No matter if it’s for something small like a simple transaction, opening an account, loan, or solving any other issue I would recommend stopping by for their services!!!!
There Mobile Banking is trash. The app is always crashing. Plus their ATM’s are out dated. The people that work there are friendly and that’s the only reason I still bank there.
The bank isn’t allowing purchases or ATM withdrawals at this time, there’s 42 people on the call list. If you have overdraft protection, it’s still going to decline and go into OD but you ‘won’t get charged’. They said it’ll be fixed …

I’ve been with SWLACU for a long time and couldn’t ask for better service. They always greet you with a big smile when you walk in and always so clean. That’s why I always go in instead of drive thru. Great job SWLACU!
