Griffen is a hot head and doesn’t like to be questioned. Dr Major is wonderful. The office is frequently difficult to get ahold of but they do get us in quick for appointments when needed.

We have been going to this location since last year and have had nothing but billing issues, receiving random bills that were not billed to insurance or billed incorrectly. Not happy! We are changing providers.

I love these people, from the front desk to the doctors. Everyone is so nice and helpful. When one of my children are sick and I need a sick appointment I am usually able to be seen in that day.
Rude and unprofessional. They shame their own patients for specific decisions which they at one point allowed in their office. They even have grandfathered in patients still making those decisions, yet had no problem posting rude memes about them.
The Dr is never in the office ..trying to set an appointment and was hung up on 3 times then when finally was able to reach someone was put on hold for an hour and a half and counting. Rude staff and unorganized and dirty office would not to refer anyone to this office unless you want your child sicker than when he/she went in
They are no longer taking patients that are not vaccinating. Not all the doctors are on board with being breastfeeding friendly. This was once a great practice, but has grown to be a crap practice. They are letting many of their current patients go if they don’t choose to vaccinate.
Incredibly disappointed with this practice. The Dr is nice but the staff is rude and arrogant. We waited 2 weeks to get info from them and got a nasty call with the staff person laughing on the voice mail. We have it saved if the Dr wants to hear it. Stay away.

They posted a meme on their Facebook, one that attacks parenting choices. I used to be very happy with dr.griffen in 2014, but his practice has gone hill, and I’ve since taken my three kids elsewhere. It’s clear it’s even went further downhill from their Facebook posts. Attacking parents, including current patients.
Terrible doctors and staff! So rude and don’t know how to stay on track with their appointments! Had to take my daughter to the hospital to be seen because when I called them they said they were too busy and couldn’t take me . Worst peds office ever .
