Cheri the lady that works there is very rude and unprofessional. I emailed her and the General Manager about some questions and concerns I had and I never received a response.
They can’t answer the phone to their customers to let them know why they don’t have water. Quick to take your money and turn off your water but terrible service.
Can’t give zero stars but would if possible. During a global pandemic and state of emergency, this company has not answered any phone calls or emails pertaining their loss of water. People have been without running water for a few days now …
Wanted to write a counter review to the previous one. Almost all companies that take payments online that I have dealt with charge a fee. It’s just part of it. Never had any problems with Rincon. Been very helpful whenever I needed anything.
I called and they answered. I could hear the phone ringing off the hook in the background. I found out they get their water from San Patricio municipal water so you can’t really blame them. They don’t even know when the water will be turned …

ONLY service out side of Sinton TX will take 125 membership fee only return after weeks and then return 100
