I’ve call several times to get appointments scheduled and I leave a message and they never call back or answer the phone ,there must be other places in the area that can do mamagrams and bone density test. with out going to gainesville
Can’t call the correct number even if it’s listed on paperwork. Always call emergency contact. Why? Always running behind even for appointments. I would rather go to the hospital!
Called for an appointment finally got appointment but when ask price they quoted me without my insurance and office staff refused to check!! I then canceled my appointment!!!!
Can’t get a hold of, have been trying for 2 days. Rings, then I get hung up on. No message system or voicemail. No hours of operation on website. If life or death situation, things wouldn’t look too good. Hope their service as a medical facility is alot better than their office facility, because it sucks.
I took my spouse, who is elderly and disabled, for an x-ray of his shoulder. Even though there where only 2 patients in the waiting room we all waited over 50 minutes just to be called back. When we left the other patients were still waiting.
I always have a wonderful experience every time I come here to to get xrays! The place is always nice and clean! The staff here is always so nice and friendly and always has a smile! They do a wonderful job on your x-rays for anything! They are good caring people and u can tell they love their jobs
Cooperative and helpful when I was late for appointment. Front-desk staff was polite and efficient, and handled a hateful angry non-patient well. Before the scan, Tech staff in the back made a few cracks about me having a minor condition. …
This place need to shut down. I try to make appointment of ct scan. It takes 3 days to call insurance, I go to Walmart pharmacy they always call to insurance and takes only 5 minutes to them. Ridiculous.

My doctor has yet to get a copy of my report still!!! It was done over 2 months ago! First and last time going to this place!!!!
