  1. Terrible customer support. They say the are going to do something, and don’t do it. Not helpful. They wanted to charge me $70 to ship me a new debit card in a timely manner. Instead it’s been over a week and nothing. Called them multiple times and no help whatsoever.

Every time I call during business hours I’m left waiting and the phone hangs up after about 20 minutes of waiting.   8. The most helpful bank ever. They even went to the car dealership for me with paperwork. They are always great on the phone. I don’t know who wanted to charge you $70, unless there is a problem getting a new card that fast. I just wait for it.
