Crooks! I paid a $400 deposit 3 years ago and when I moved out they tried to say I didn’t have a deposit and took my money!!! They know exactly know what they are doing.

We recently reported our yard security light was out. Within a day or two the crew showed up in a bucket truck. Our light was very old. OEC is a joke, brand new fiber freezes up, stops shows while watching and throws a code. Fast forward hasn’t worked for months, I question on their website on Facebook and they delete it each time. I have called technical support numerous times and they never never ever fix the issues.
