  1. The worst customer service I have ever had supervisor refused to talk to me and fix my issue. They also charge you for service they say is free but in the fine print you pay for.

  8. Oklahoma Electric Coop is absolutely the worst utility company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is abhorrent and downright evil. If this company is in the area you are thinking about moving in. Don’t! Stay where OG&E is they are a much, much better company.
