  1. Usually pretty fast service. The last visit it took the person five minutes to find an email with the number of the person they were supposed to call.

  2. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, never had a bad interaction with the staff at any of their locations in the more than 10 years I’ve been banking there

  3. They will not stand behind you when you are trying to dispute fraudulent charges. They will only stand with companies and not with the members. Do not join this credit union!

  4. Good when it comes to security but getting checks has been a pain. Over $25 for basic checks and you have to jump through hoops for temporary checks. Too much hassle.

  8. I’ve been banking with them for years. My experience overall has been good with few issues, but when issues do arise they tend to be very difficult to resolve, requiring numerous phone calls and visits to my local branch.
