  3. You have to show up 30 min before any appointment if you are a new patient. This is something you need to tell people when they are making the appointment, not when they are almost at the office.

Sometimes it takes longer to be seen, but I know he is working with patients and giving them the time they need which means I will get the same once I am in the exam room.
