I called during business hours and after their lunch break, they didn’t pick up their phone and have an answering service that will charge you 50 dollars if you have a simple question for the doctor. That’s ridiculous.

I had an appointment, showed up on time and sighted in . The front desk called me and asked to reschedule, i said I showed up on time but she wanted me to be there 30 min early. I had my one year old baby with me and she said if u are staying is gonna be 90 min . Was really rude and disrespectful

I was having severe issues with kidney stones, and I went to Dr. Lotenfoe, who helped me immensely. Not only did he guide me through the process, but he made sure I knew what to expect the entire time. There’s not a more professional staff or doctor’s office.
