Accommodating, nice, and been a patient for 2 years now.
Almost evertime I visit I am waiting over 40 minutes to see doctor.
So shocked – receptionists wearing their masks around their necks during the COVID pandemic!
Everyone is friendly and I have been with them for many years. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this group.

Have been going to the bethel park location off of higbee drive for years and have never been disappointed. Straight to the point doctors and the staff is super friendly! I highly recommend this doctors office!!
Very poor service. 10 minutes late (due to the horrible location of this place) and the schedulers could not get me in. Doesn’t recommend anyone to this facility. I go to their water dam location (due to a decent doctor)and thinking of changing that as well due to this level of rotten customer service.
I like the staff and I have faith in Dr Furlong. Every office will have it’s delays at times…more often than not, we get in after only a few minutes in the waiting room.
I recently started as a patient at this practice. Appointments are available relatively soon and the staff overall have been very nice.

When I moved here from Florida I needed to find a doctor fast. These folks were so incredibly helpful during the transition. The doctors, PAs and nurses are all very nice and helpful. The office staff is just awesome!! I highly recommend South hills family medicine to everyone. They are the best!!!!
