  2. Be prepared to piece together bits and pieces conflicting information given in a smug tone and then be argued with if you try to gather additional information.

  3. Why can’t they take payments over the phone or online like every other bill collector? They make it virtually impossible for the working non driving customer to make a payment.

  4. They make you come all the way to the office just to pay a bill and then on top of that the lady that answers the phone/behind the desk is so rude at times. I wish there was other water company options for the area that I live in, I would leave West View Water!

  6. It’d be a lot more convenient if I could pay online or even by phone, but NOO! They provide the most limited payment options with no convenient payment locations. Too bad I’m stuck with them as my water company.

  7. I live in 1 bath apartment no laundry and I am never here. I pay more for water and sewage than people who live elsewhere with 4 people and 3 baths AND laundry. Quality of the water is awful. Just raised the rates again!!!!! I wish I had another option.

They are very short with you, not helpful, try to put any issues on the blame of the home owner, and try to get you off the phone as soon as possible. How can a public service authority be in this out of touch with with utility clientele.

  15. Might be the worst utility company that you will have to deal with. Terrible customer service and unfriendly all around. If you have other options I would advise doing so. I will now have to wait an extra week than expected (after calling them a week and a half prior to move in) to move in because of my dealings with them.

  18. The cost of water seems expensive. The web site is unhelpful, and about as basic as it can get. Somehow they report the usage to the sewage which is a tax office, Jordan tax services. Not sure how much effort is actually put into the utility company. Always hard to get ahold of and not very good customer service.
