Recently had my first visit with Dr. Starkman. During my visit, he showed genuine compassion and instilled great confidence in me regarding my medical issue. No one to answer the phone for a new patient. If front desk answers call they transfer call to new patient line and no one answers, if front desk doesn’t answer call and you get prompted to new patient call hangs up or goes to VM so they can call you back on their time.
