Stressful work for little pay and unappreciative management. Was supposed to drop to relief from full time position(that I worked for 5years) and missed weeks of work (during a global pandemic while they were saying they are short staffed) due to unprofessional management and lack of communication.
Not the best company I have worked for. The union representation is awful. They make you do direct care work for minimum wage and you could work up to almost 24 hours at minimum wage pay. They treat their clients like they are monetary instead of human. Supervisors play favorites and treat their employees awful.
I have worked for servicenet for a year and i have to say my experience has been wonderful. I love my job and the clients is work for. My supervisors respect me and push me to excel. The benefits are incredible and the pay is respectable
