  9. Our service is always up. The rare times there are problems, we get a notice from WON regarding what happened (scheduled maintenance, lightening hit, etc) and what they are doing to fix it. It feels personal and that we are valued customers.

  12. Most reliable internet we have ever had. If there happens to be a problem, they are just a text away and get on the problem immediately. They are also very good about giving a heads-up if they are doing maintenance so we will be aware of any “blips” in service. Highly recommend!
