Communication is horrible I’ve been waiting on a call for a week closed my dispute without contacting me or resolving the issue it’s been over 6months and every time I call they say they will call me back still no one has I am officially done with this Credit Union
They are the best thing that has ever happened to our community, I pray we continue to support ourselves through this banking institution that God has shown favor to bless us with.
It feels good to have such a great asset to our community. They have great customer service & it is a pleasant site to see sitting on the corner of Dorr & Detroit Ave.
Very helpful and caring credit union the staff is awesome and Eric in the loan department is very good at what he do I highly recommend this credit union for the Community and beyond!!!
I enjoy the customer service whenever I stop in to either location. The downtown location is more convenient for me. However when I attempt to reach someone by phone, I can’t even get through. Waiting over 2 weeks for a response (happened more than once) is disappointing.
This is THE MOST unprofessional place I have ever encountered. The “CEO” hangs up on you if you ask questions that she does not have the answer too. The tellers are rude and ghetto. Support black business. I will never support this incompetent so called black business. It was suppose to help our community instead its useless.

I have been in this Credit Union many times and every time I go the service is very friendly and professional. I believe it’s an asset to our community and many people have benefited from their service. I will keep my business account there. The CEO has been very helpful and she keep a smile on her face.
