Understaffed or just lazy. They don’t respond to calls. A physical therapist named Hanna shook my mother and told her she was rude. The facility covered up the incident saying it never happened. Horrible place.
They don’t answer the phone and general voice mailbox is full.
Recovering from an injury was tough but the staff kept my focus on incremental improvement and continued to support my efforts. This led to my success and I continue to use their facilities to work toward a better outcome.
This is the best place. I could only hope that everyone that goes here has the same welcoming feeling that we as a family get when we go here. They have the best staff. They make you feel like Family. 5* in my Book.
This has been a very awesome place. My grandmother has been going here for the last month doing outpatient physical therapy. They have been hands on and very outgoing to make sure she is doing good here and home.
