I appreciate the professionalism of those giving care. It would be nice if they wore name tags, readable of course in where they are worn (not hanging at waists, etc).
Comfortable socially distanced seating, staff wearing masks, short wait times to be tested and seen by the doctor, quick and efficient check out, and very pleasant, respectful staff.

I waited 2.5 hours before even being seen by the provider. I should have been notified that dilation would be required when I made this appt. Best part- they scratched my new glasses and won’t accept responsibility for it. I wouldn’t even take an animal to be treated there.
