The facility and doctors are fine. However, their billing department is the worst. They are completely incapable of handling billing the insurance companies in right order when you have a primary and secondary insurance. I have been visiting this facility for past 6 years and they have got this wrong every single time.
The doctor was fast, efficient, and knowledgable. Ken in optometry spent a lot of time making sure I had the right hardware, and even spent more time when my glasses came back from the lab wrong (no fault of NW Vision). I highly recommend.
Great staff, amazingly skilled doctor. I had cataract surgery on both eyes a week apart. No pain or discomfort. I now see perfectly without contacts or glasses.
I’ve been coming here for a few years. The techs have always been nice and funny in some cases. I had imagery done of my inner lids this last time so I could see how bad my dry eyes were. Dr Gilbert gave me a regimen of oils to supplement and exercises to help. I recommend this clinic!
