I was treated very kindly and the experience was surprisingly comfortable for my procedures. The only drawback was the automatic blood pressure cuff used in the procedure room really hurt, it even left bruises on the inside of my upper arm. Everything went according to plan, was even told I do not need another colonoscopy. Only issue was they asked me to be there 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment, ended up sitting around for half an hour just waiting.
