I Love this credit union!!! They are always fast and efficient and I’m always greeted with a smile. I like the personalized service I get here. They are honest and never try to sell me anything. I used to bank at Charter One and hated all the fees…never again!
Well the male reps are freindly helpful personable. The women there who answer the phones are hostile sorry bout your luck types. Make one feel they should thank God they even want to fool their time with you. Just use as an account and try very hard not to have to call there
