this bank is one of the most rudest banks i have been too. mostly the reason why i left. you call to ask a question about a account and they cut you off, won’t finish letting you speak, and won’t listen to what you have to say. by far the rudest bank and i will not bank here ever again.

Would not recommend we’ve been fighting with them to get our first car bill and for some reason they have my address wrong in the system (not even close to what was put on paper) and now I have to drive a half hour out of my way just to change it in store, save yourself the headach and go somewhere else.
Michele took excellent care of me. Very professional and friendly. It was my first time in the branch since my previous bank’s merger and she made it painless. Everything was seamless. She was patient with all my questions and did an excellent job in any explanation or info that needed conveyed.

The app is worthless. It crashes everytime you use it. Can’t be reset from the app or on their website with your phone. You have to call for a code to reset and do it on a computer/ lap top. Very inconvenient when you can only reset it …
