Horrible. I had an appointment. I had to walk out. The receptionist was rude from the beginning compounded by a complete lack of communications skills. I think I lasted 3 minutes before I knew I needed to just leave.
Dr. Tim Sidor is a wonderful urologist and his surgery nurses are always very kind.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Southwest Urology. Dr. Gervasi is great! 3 surgeries that went very well.
I called two weeks in a row to reschedule a surgery and was put to a voicemail, hung up on, talked to with a condescending tone and sometimes was told that the representative was on lunch at the seperate times i called. Absolutely terrible service. I do not reccomend anyone to go through their services for procedures or diagnosis.
Excellent experience. Dr. Basa retired but laser was used on inch size kidneystone. My husband was suffering three days with severe pain but when he returned to office it was simple Gas X relieved pain. I guess some people suffer from gas after laser procedure.
