I totally agree with the other comments that were made from other patients. I had a visit a few years ago and wasn’t pleased at all with the staff nor the PA that I saw.
Called several times for results. Person I talked Dr Reddy’s nurse seamed she didn’t have time. After awhile I called front desk she finally transferred me to someone that took time. Then they made it sound like it was my fault that the …
Dr. James Wilson is phenomenal! I always appreciate his sincerity and attention to detail. It’s easy to see that he cares about his patients and strives for excellence in his practice. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and Southwest Pulmonary!
Dr was very pleasant. I’ve seen him twice and both times staff did not follow up to get the prescriptions called in to the pharmacy. They won’t call back if you contact them.
Dr. Steven Davidoff and the staff at Southwest Pulmonary Assoc. really care about their patients and strive to provide good customer service. Dr. Davidoff took the time to fully answer all the questions my husband and I had and fully …
Terrible. I don’t really know how to express my frustration with this place. I read all of the reviews about rude staff but figured “as long as the doctors are good, I can handle rude staff.” But I had a bizarre appointment with the doc …
I called to make an appointment and left my information with the front office. I was told a new patient “coordinator” would get back to me within 24-48 hours. This was about…2 weeks ago. No follow up – nothing. Having a poorly run front …
The doctors I’ve seen are kind, caring and compassionate. Sadly the office staff is horrible. They don’t answer the phone, never return calls and don’t follow through on things they say they’re going to do. I’ve even had hospital …
Dr. Wilson is just so awesome. I am so glad that i met a Dr. who cares and listens. He thoroughly answered all the questions that I had and i left the office with smile. Office staff was very nice too. I highly recommend his office anyone who is seeking pulmonary Dr.
Southwest Pulmonary Associates is a terrible company. They care about your money, not you as a patient. The staff are unprofessional, they don’t return calls, or emails. Also, they use faulty equipment. I would not trust them with your health problems.
Came here for lung/chest issues. Dr reddy and staff were polite, friendly, fairly prompt, professional, patient, and outstanding. Dr was great and I highly recommend him if anyone is suffering from chest/lung issues.
Dr. Wilson is outstanding! He and his staff are very professional and seem to truly care. He takes all the time necessary to help the patient understand different processes going on in the lungs. He explains his analysis of the situation, …
Before Dr. Hughes retired, I received excellent care and response. I now have not been able to get in contact with my doctor after having a test he ordered to get results or his order for oxygen. He’s in the hospital more than he is in …
Called for the first time to make an appointment for my mother. The lady that answered the phone was HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and used profanity to me when I asked a question. I do not care how wonderful the physicians might be the front desk killed them. DO NOT GO HERE..Horrible experience!
I was referred to this office after receiving my sarcoidosis diagnosis and have been a patient for a little over 3 years now. My doctor initially was Dr. John Hughes. He was wonderful. After only a few months of having Dr. Hughes as a …
My review is not of the office, but of the doctors. My mother was admitted to Texas Health Frisco on April 10th of this year. After being in the hospital for eleven days, and receiving sub-mediocre care by many of the doctors and nurses, …
Terrible staff and terrible doctor. I saw Dr Reddy. I agree with another review. They do not care about you except collecting money. Everyone at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano system is horrible. Lazy and Rude! My PCP …
Run away! It doesn’t matter if you like your dr here or not. The doctors just send all instructions for testing, followup, prescriptions etc to their staff who are (in my opinion) incompetent for simple instructions, belligerent, …
It would be nice if they returned calls and actually answered the phone.
Dr. Wilson is great. The staff is just OK and the phone system has been a bit difficult to navigate.
Front desk staff is horrible. Unorganized and provides fault information. Many pulmonologists in the area, just choose another place.

I absolutely love Dr Holtz. But this office has serious communication issues.
Letha & Jacklyn are super unprofessional & HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this office. Please go seek care elsewhere.
