Terrible terrible terrible. Highest they will offer is 1.5 down in my area which is just awful. They make no effort to upgrade their equipment and customer service is aweful.
After a couple of months of adding new equipment to rectify an internet speed problem Public Service Company was having .I appreciate Operations Manager Brandon Kelley keeping me informed of their progress and through a lot of hard work from all Public Service Employees it’s now doing fine! Called this morning about a problem with my internet. Technician, Seth Conner, was here early afternoon and had us up and running in less than an hour. For in home DSL service, Rick Gravitte was the technician. Very efficient, very courteous. Had some issues with his equipment, handled the situation very professionally. He completed his service here in an timely manner. Great service!!!
They have 1990’s technology and no customer service skills whatsoever. If you have an internet problem, they will make you go through 15 minutes of diagnostic tests, only to tell you that a techicnician will have to come out, for a $75 fee. …

Took my money over the phone for internet. They tell me they will call me to set up my install and after four days and a visit to their office no call. They do not care either when you go to their office. I will be returning to their office to get my refund. What they did is steal from me.
