  1. So rude. Unprofessional. They don’t care if you have an infant baby who needs water they will shut it off.. money runs this town.. the saddest place on earth the disgust me.

  2. Attitudes. Like no one is happy to work there at all. I suggest working on some customer service, seeing as this is a service everyone requires. Even while making a payment the women at the front desk are rude.

  9. This is crazy, I can’t set up water over the phone because I don’t own a printer. In 25 years of moving, I never had to go in person or print a form to set up service with the water, power or gas. They are really old fashioned and backwards.

  18. They have no problems shutting water off at 5 PM on a Friday but then don’t know when the bill is paid to turn it on unless YOU CALL THEM!! They won’t call you or even knock on the door to notify you but demand notification. I truly wish there wasn’t a monopoly on water companies.

  25. Used for over a year in an apartment. Shut off our water on 3/9 and they still took money for an entire month of water. Considering they will also charge the new tenant for an entire month of water they are double dipping on payments. Should be illegal but is definitely a shady business practice.
