They couldn’t care less about your place, and will tell you that. Our place is a “rehab community” by their words and not worth any effort. Its sad that HOA fees get put to paying them when they admit up front that they don’t want to do anything.
This company is a nightmare. I know they don’t make any of the HOA rules – which is totally fine and not my issue. Constant billing problems, poor communication, notices that don’t make sense or are poorly written. Absolutely awful property management company.
