Just trying to make an appointment is impossible. I submitted requests online 2 times, no call back. I called and waited on hold for more than an hour. I’m going somewhere else.
If you have plenty of time this is as good a place as any to waste it. I waited 2.5 hours to see my doctor. This was not my first time, but it was last visit there.
I have called the main number several times to let them know I had uploaded my data from my monitor. I have yet to speak to a person and give up after 5 minutes on hold. Is there no one to just transfer my call to the device department? They’ve called me and left messages but I can’t return the call
just got back from Banner baywood hospital ,(full check up ) all the staff were great .very attentive and caring , made me feel special ! Melvin Cartwright 73 year old triple by pass survivor from 2008
Tri City is charging me $50.00 for a no show appointment. I am paying the $50.00 charge and canceling my appointment the following day. I will not be using Tri City from this point. I will not do any more business with Tri City.
Trying to get anyone to answer the phone at this place is a ole. Spent 18min just waiting for operator to answer. I gave up at 18min and hung up. Also when you go in for an appointment they are always 2-3hrs behind schedule so u sit in the lobby surrounded by people who are coughing and they don’t even ask the sick people to leave.
I found the staff and doctor’s to be very friendly and efficient. The number of patients waiting of their appointments speaks highly of the quality of service. I appreciated my visit with their office!
Tri-City Cardiology on Baywood has an awesome team of employees who are professional, courteous and very thourough with their work. Dr. Kelly Guld and her team are some of the best I have ever counted on to keep my heart health care up to date and I would recommend Tri-City Cardiology-Baywood to anyone in need of heart healthcare.
Dr. Perlstein does not follow through for his patients the way he should, being a medical professional and all. And Angela (office staff) is ruder than rude!! If you care for your health and don’t want to die, do not go here!

Liked Dr. Kassel, but calling this place is nuts!
They could not get my iv in. 6 pokes later I am told I cannot get my stress test done by them. I had waited three weeks to get in.has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Each poke the vein would blow and i would ask them to take the iv out. But they just kept digging. I have achuge broken vein in my hand now. And 5 other ones too
Can only support what others saying regarding appointments, on hold now for 40 minutes, and all I want to do is change an appointment. At minimum let patients know extended wait times, or provide call back option. Been going to Tri City for 8 years… seems this is a new problem.
The staff and Dr. Green are the finest professionals in the state of Arizona. Knowledgeable, highly qualified, resourceful , more than pleasant and really took the time to listen, rather than speed write scripts like most doctors out here. Doctors are great but front end/clerical not so much. Due to an admitted clerical error on their part I am out $125 and am told so sorry but not my problem. You can bet if I owed them money they would be after it. And yes , from all the time on hold that tune is burned into my brain.
I had the doctor order “stat” heart tests for me 10 days ago and I was to finally get in to have the last test today only to be called and told that they were “rescheduling” me to come in 8 days from now. I am a known heart patient that is having problems and this is how they treat people. I would give them a -5 if I could.

Couldn’t get an appt for 6 months with Dr Sung after expressing symptoms. Got in with SW card in 2 weeks. I have a leaky valve but not very serious. I love Southwest Cardiology
Lisa in Dr Green’s office graciously took time to help me facilitate getting cardiac care for a winter visitor who had a stroke. Her calm explanation and guidance certainly alleviated some of the stress. What a credit to Tri-City’s patient-centered care!
My experience with TriCity Cardiology as it relates to physician’s assistance and Dr. Kohlan was quite positive. The only issue I had this morning, and it was unsettling, was the wait area for discharge. It’s some sort of antiquated “honor …

Dr Yelamanchili is one of the best doctors I’ve had. He works with a team who have helped me heal and get better. He pays attention to the details. Doesn’t leave any stone unturned. He cares about his patients. He’s the best example of what a doctor should be. Professional, knowledgeable and caring.
Dr Sharma was very competent and reassuring. He did a great job of helping us understand the procedure and completing the procedure. We are so grateful we found him. We definitely recommend him! His scheduler Lesa was also wonderful to work with and helpful at a stressful time for us.
