Horrible customer service I grew up in van Buren county and I refuse to even live where I’m from because this is the only electric you can get and there absolutely horrible payment methods suck

I have had wonderful service from this company. Once on a weekend and crew arrived quickly and had power restored very shortly after arrival. Called this morning and power restored in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied !!!
Well I am not from here. I move to quitman and discover the electric company that services my area also makes sausages. How peculiar. I am wondering if sausage links will come out of the outlets. The power works great, and smells delicious. …
The only thing I can say good about Petit Jean Electric is the power is reliable. The Busniess Office and Administration all need to reminded without customers they would all be out of a job. Personally, I think it would do them all some good to go 3 or 4 months without any income

Company doesn’t even deserve one star. They steal from there customers by fabricating false usages on their bills.

They do a good job keeping lights on and around Shirley area,the tree trimming around power lines are 5 star.Good job!!!
The conference center is so nice. There is a lot of room and they don’t charge to use it! Great place for large parties and meetings etc.
