Called them many times to ask why my bill was so high when I was out at home to use any energy was told my refrigerator was running asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on twice rude liars
I put down a $100 deposit that I was told I was going to get back in one year well the year was yesterday and now I’m told since policies changed I can’t get my money back . I’m beyond pissed .
Just tired of these people. Customer service has little to no power, and everything online is done through a 3rd party, so there’s a fee associated with just about everything. Too much has to be done face to face. It’s archaic and poorly managed.
Why hire people just for them to be…there. They do nothing but send put bills demanding to be paid with a 7 day “extension” before they take away your electricity.
Very rude customer service. Even when you are as polite as possible . They are more interested in the gossip of cowoco-workers or the next text on their phone.
Very unprofessional I was charged a tampering fee because someone tried to steal my meter I filled police report but is still being held responsible they disconnected my lights a day after I received my bill so I moved out of town fir a few …
Wonderful customer service! Out of all the companies I’ve had to contact while moving, this was the quickest & easiest to access a live human being!!!!! Thank you
Worse electric company I’ve ever dealt with took over seven hours just to fix a power outage… Where were the lineman coming from California….
How much h longer does a person ha e to freaking wait for power geez to hot to sleep without air
Customer service is awful. I am having trouble enrolling my account online and they are refusing to help. If I had the to option to switch providers I would.
As someone else stated, it is extremely frustrating to have to personally go in to have either power turned or transferred. When moving to one property to another people try to minimize the amount of time out of work. There is a lot to get done…so why does something that could be easily done online made impossible?
Shut down my account was told it had only a balance of $7.93 and that after they read it for that day it would create a total ended up only getting $40 of my $300 deposit. Tried calling about it and the lady caught a very rude and unfriendly attitude with me
Mandatory $3 fee for paying online with Checking Account or Credit Card, regardless of autopay or not. $3.25 per month, if you don’t wish to stand in their long lines and deal with their rude customer service.
I love Google except for the fact they collect info that other folks just dont need to know -for real!!!! I love Google except they are constantly making me change my passwords cause I cant use the same one more than once ,DAH. .I cant do …
This company will send you billing notices, emails and letters all day. However, If there is any kind of discrepancy they will not notify you at all. They will just cut your power. Website and payment portal are terrible. Very unprofessional. They need to take a lesson from Entergy Arkansas
Worst utility company of all time. I’ve been shut off two months consecutively now with absolutely no notice, bills etc. They truly don’t care about their customers one bit. They go above and beyond to prove that as a fact. I hate this company, but not as much as they hate me.
Customer service is an absolute joke. Constantly interrupting, refuse to answer any of tour questions. Probably needs to be reported to the SEC for anti-trust. …
North Little Rock Electric is the absolute worst electric company. I’m hoping to move, so I won’t have use their services. Unfortunately, I had to give them one star, they don’t even deserve that. Too bad electricity is a need.
My bill went from $125.00 to $400.00 to $900 in a 10 day span. I went to the office and was told maybe I have a draft. I wasn’t even at home during the time they claimed I used this certain amount of electricity. Their last answer was maybe someone is stealing your power I thought yes NLR Electric is.
Horrible policies. Shut me off for simply not turning in a letter of good credit on time (I was out of town and did not have access to my mailbox). Turned in the letter pre shut off but was still shut off. Really? The clerk told me she had the letter but didn’t know why I was shut off. Your NLR electric systems and policies suck.
Been on hold for ten minutes for the second time. North Little Rock Electric has an internal error, that I have to prove is an error. I faxed them the proof to Krystal and know I can’t them to answered the phone. WOW! …
My experience with NLR Electric has been quite the downgrade from SWEPCO in NWA. They’re quick to disconnect if paying your bill slips your mind for more than a day, but slow if at all with responding to requests for updates and ETR’s.

You know, on days like today when it’s hot outside, yall could be considerate enough to send out an automated text or call to let people know they may or may not be without power. Minus the very nice lady I spoke with on the phone NLR Electric is by far the worst utility company that I have ever dealt with. Their billing system is horrible. Worst utility company ever!
On hold for 20 min. I hung up…….
Too many power outages and to slow to get them fixed
New service is needed no respect or quality of service.
Theses are the most rude and unfeeling people heartless people.
This place doesn’t even deserve one start, but Google made me. More like – 100 stars.
Customer service is rude, lines are slow, the new payment arrangement is horrible
The lines are slow and the people are rude. Too bad we don’t have more options.
Poor service, poor execution. They couldn’t make it more inconvenient if they tried.
Rude and not understanding when I called. Charges are inconsistent and suspect. Very poorly managed.
Phone customer service line is a joke. It prompts you to call the number you literally are already on the line with. Confusing.
My house has been out of power for 14 hours now and they still have not fixed it
Love NLR Electric compared to the other huge Utility Companies.
these guys are doing great, rain or shine, they keep us in the light. EXCELLENT JOB, THANKS
Can Pulaski county shut this place down?! They are rude and have thee worst customer service.
We need it they know they ain’t right
You can’t get anyone on the phone to help make your bill make sense.
We want to thank your crew for the fast and excellent work they did today.

Worst company in the world turing off service and lying to customers. Horrible company. Got an extension still shut me off added 100 dollars extra.
They never return my deposit despite calling multiple times. Shady business. Beware
Great, service workers and an awesome ap.
