It’s weird to say that you love a utility service, but I love Salem Electric. They do an amazing job with their customer service, building solid infrastructure to avoid outages, and getting the power back on when it goes out. Plus, their rates are fantastic and they are a Co-Op!
No public access since covid-19. People work here but all business is done online. You are able to drop payments in the box outside.
