Friendly and competent staff, easy access, very clean and modern. Good covid precautions. My procedure was easy and practically painless. Only issue was they’d originally told me I would be in and out in 45 minutes, but it turned out to be 2 hours – not due to anything unforeseen, instead someone there gave me bad information.
My daughter was really nervous and they made her feel comfortable. The only thing that made me feel upset was both parents were not allowed in the lobby due to covid nor can both of us go into the recovery room after her procedure.
