You would be better off getting dial up then attempting to use the sub 100kb/ps rates this place provides. I pay for 45 GIGABYTE rates. They claim to have fiber cabling but its a bold faced lie painted on the side of their trucks to trick people.

I like the service you get from a local cooperative, they will work with you if you have problems out of your control, and the capital credits you earn by using their services are icing on the cake. (Like that they disperse Capitol credits in December, great for Christmas.)
