Friendly and professional
I was just a driver for someone else
Very rude, horrible attitudes.
Nice and friendly staff ,
Doctor Ghalili has been my doctor since a failed stress test he’s amazing
need to put the right phone number on web page, the one listed is for a window washing company…..?
Very disappointing to not have my phone calls returned, which has happened numerous times. Also the answering service comes on when the office is open and you cannot leave a message.
Getting a call back is close to impossible – even before C-19. Might be a time to hire more professionals and front desk???
Efficient! Can check in online. Very communicative! Good care!
I called today to schedule an appointment and the assistant was friendly and helpful and was able to schedule the appointment and answer any questions that I had.
I love this place. It looks like all the Heart Doctors in Salem, Or. got together and are now practicing under this one office that by the way is huge. I got exvellent service. I would derrintly return.
Absolutely rude scheduling staff could care less about patients let alone customer service. The doctors probably never see these reviews. Too bad.
I have had nothing but issues since the merge I prefer the other office they had thier stuff together. You cannot even get a appointment here unless you go in person if you call you get left on hold then they will call you back hope you can answer when they all or you are right back to square one!
Dr Saha is amazing he put in a pacemaker in my father explained everything greatly and was very timely in his follow ups highly recommended
I was there for a Appt for my daughter but I have had a Dr a long time ago in1997 on Mission Street
I’ve called this place 6 times now and can’t get through to anyone or get a call back. I had a referral here from my doctor, due to something abnormal with my heart. Sure would be nice to know what’s going on but no one will get back to me to schedule an appointment!!!
They were great. Kelli and I believe Amanda who did the imaging were so good. Also, the short dark haired nurse who is from St Paul was awesome. They made me very comfortable.
Well there is no fast review about your condition I had to wait a week for a followup no posting on mychart or call saying what plan of care need next was it a heart attack ? or need surgery? left hanging
Fired this place! Tired of the incompetent! They don’t give the feeling they care if your there or not, or what you’re there for, it’s a money mill. On my last visit the doctor did even take the time to listen to my HEART, DONE and DONE!
Doc Fedor looked at my repeat abnormal blood pressure that I have been having ever since he started me on a new medication and said there was nothing he could do and he wasn’t sure why I had made an appointment. I pointed to my 155/138 …
Appointment scheduling, phone system SUCKS!!! and it could be understatement!!! you’ll always being prompted to a voice messaging and they would NEVER call you back! You are supposed to provide medical care for people! you should know how …
Thankfully, Dr. Thompson was amazing. He took time, gave sustainable lifestyle suggestions, and listened to our concerns. I cannot say the same for Dr. Kamineni who treated us as a number to be rushed past. On top of that Dr. K charged …
Hughes specialized in not doing her job. She was rude, painfully ignorant about medical matters. Told me a test I’d taken didn’t exist (I sent her copies) said my symptoms had nothing to do with my heart- they do. I went to a plain old MD …
They fail to reply to multiple attempts from the pharmacy to refill prescriptions. This is after failing to schedule follow up appointments which needed our insurance’ company’s intervention to procure. The appointment was with and new dr …
My Dr. arranged for an appointment for me to see Salem Heart Center…Days went by…no contact from them. You call, [several times] you are put on long hold. Once you eventually get through, they transfer you to scheduling, who doesn’t …
Got a letter from them to call and schedule my follow up. First time I called 15 minutes before they close and their phones were already off. The second time I was on hold for 15+ minutes. They then proceeded to send me to voicemail and said all calls would be returned within 24 hours. Still no call 3 business days later….
Reading these comments I am appalled. I am a business owner and I understand the struggles of ownership. There are people out there you could never please. Its easy to tell this practice is highly flawed. Its easy to tell you and your staff …
I have been a patient of Salem Heart Center for quite awhile and was quite happy about the services until recently when I had an issue that required me, at the request of one of the doctors, to let them know if a reaction to a medication …
My Wife and I were patients with the Oregon Heart Center for the last couple of years and met with Dr. Saha and Dr. Fedor on three occasions in the past year. …
Maybe the worst staff I have ever seen in the medical field and poor numeric tone response in phone menu. I have tried calling back more than five times, I recorded the last call so I can put it on youtube if they try to bill me. …
So far so good! I had an appointment for a “nuclear stress test.” The staff were courteous, friendly and professional from beginning to end. As much as I could given the situation, I enjoyed my time there. I’ll see how the follow-up goes with the cardiologist, but my first impression was excellent!
I was excited when I received a phone call back from scheduling staff the same day I had called, even more so after reading reviews on Google saying some not so nice things. Follow-up appointments have been easy to schedule, staff were kind …
The Oregon Heart Center is such a wonderful place. All staff members are friendly and kind from start to finish. There are multiple Cardiologists to choose from who are all board certified with years of experience. Their doctors are all SO …
Started off well. Then they’re supposed to schedule me for heart exam and no one calls me. So I figured they’re busy, I’ll call and again no one calls me! Call a couple more times, leaving detailed phone messages. Still nothing. One …
I have been a patient of Dr. Ghalili for several years. I have an annual appointment. I like him because he is brief and to the point. My resting pulse rate is a bit below 60 beats per minute. A few hours after my first Covid vaccine shot I …
I had a wonderful experience with staff (Erin and her team @ Nuclear Medicine) right from the greeting to see off. Very courteous, well informed, they go the extra mile to connect with patients. Keep up the level of service.
I had wanted to post without any stars. Having just moved here from central Oregon, and because of the Covid lock down, I had to wait to make an appointment with a new cardiologist. During the interim I had run out of medication. I told …
Horrible staff. Very rude and unprofessional. Went in for an echocardiogram and saw results in the mychart. Doctor Kamenini was short with me, in a hurry to get rid of me, didn’t give me a chance to ask or say anything. Talked over me when …
I was referred to the clinic following a stay in the hospital. When I looked up the clinic, I was concerned, due to the online Reviews. I reached out to a Dr friend who said the clinic was great, so I gave them a try. When I called for an …
If you have Congenital heart disease (from birth) the cardiologists at this establishment are not qualified to care for you. OHSU is the only congenital adult cardiologist team qualified to care for you. Dr kaminini almost killed me even …
I have had two cardiologist appointments and two sets of procedures here in the last couple of months. Each and every encounter I had, whether the Front Desk, the Check-Out Desk, technicians, doctors or nurses was positive and friendly. …
Attended appointments several years with friend who had heart attack and stroke, during his surgeries and further care. Observed Dr Ghalili and was impressed. Recently became a patient myself. (Short of breath and fatigue etc.) Rapidly …
I was excited for my new patient appointment today. I was scheduled with Dr. Hughes. Less than 5 mins I walked out. She was rude, condesending and unprofessional. I tried to explain why I was transfering care. She rudely interrupted me and …
Met with Dr Deborah Hughes. She was personable, straightforward and talked in terms that I could understand. I felt relieved because I was stressed about my situation. Her knowledge eased my mind. Glad she is my cardiologist. Staff is super nice too.
Both times I visited this office the care is very cold. First visit a few years ago with Dr. Saha he talked down to me and was very rude. Last week I had appointment with Dr. Thompson who listened to my concerns then basically cut me off, …
Had an referral appointment and arrived early. First time here but had already filled in at my primary doctor’s office. Went a few minutes before my scheduled time and the nurse got my viral stuff done then only waited a few more minutes …
